A Family Afternoon at the Paramount

All scouts and scouters and their families and members of the community are invited to join MCCS and the Texas Trails Council on Saturday, November 3rd, 2007, at 3:00 p.m. at the Historic Paramount Theatre in Abilene, Texas, for a showing of the Disney classic Follow Me Boys starring Fred MacMurray, Vera Miles, Lillian Gish, Charles Ruggles and a young Kurt Russell in his first starring role.

MCCS is pleased to offer this special opportunity to all and is using it to encourage Scouts to grow stronger in their faith in God by participating in the Religious Emblems Programs (including MCCS's Servant Leadership Series) available to members of Boy Scouts of America.

There will be a special limited edition commemorative patch given to the first 500 youth and we are pleased to announce that there is no charge to the public to attend this event. The costs of bringing this event to the public are being underwritten by generous businesses and individuals in the Abilene area.
